Ayurvedic Breath Work

Learn 7 different Pranayamas. Each specific for using the breath to clear stagnant lung energy, stimulate the bodies vital force and bring better focus into your daily activities. It will boost the immune system, support the lungs, heart and digestive system, vitalize and invigorate the energetic body. The pranayama exercises are:
Bhastrika (Bellows Breath)
Kapala Bhati (Shining Skull Breath)
Anuloma Viloma (Alternate Nostril Breathing)
Agni Sar
Bhramari (Bumble Bee Breath)
Ujjayi (Conch Breath)
Shitali (Cooling Breath) Shitkari (Cooling Breath)

This practice was taught to me by Maria Garre M.Ed, C-IAYT Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist and Vasant Lad BAM&S, MASc, Ayurvedic Practitioner and founder of the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque.
